Hi, I’m Hope.

…and I’m not your average real estate agent.

I became a Realtor because I have often found that selling or buying your home is actually not the move. Sometimes, what you actually need is a bathroom addition, or a more functional floor plan. Counterintuitive, I know.

Before real estate, I was already living in this world – just from different angles.

I grew up around my family’s construction and development company and played roles in the management and the architectural design elements in this world. In the midst of that chapter, I designed and developed a wallpaper line rooted in the idea that staying home on purpose is worth designing for.

Real estate, for me, is where this all meets – construction, design, and a genuine belief that a house should feel like a living soul you care for, whether you’re staying, selling, or still searching for it.

I fell in love with creating spaces in the home when I was barely strong enough to rearrange my own bedroom furniture as a kid (circa 1994).

I was obsessed with the show Trading Spaces, and used to watch the local real estate listings on Sunday mornings — back when cable was still the norm, long before streaming.

I grew up on the job. My dad has built 100s and 100s of houses, and I was right by his side for a lot of it. Add in growing up in a 1911-era craftsman, which solidified something in me: a love for home restoration, design, and new construction built to respect the architecture it’s inspired by.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

I truly dream in floral wallpaper patterns and blue print. In between the day dreaming, you’ll find me in the bleachers cheering on whatever sports season my kiddos are in, trying to become a green-thumb gardener (to no avail), or dreaming for spring weather.
